Paul G. Johnson, MAI, CRE,* has been in the real estate arena as a broker, appraiser, teacher and counselor since 1966. He holds the MAI appraisal designation and the coveted CRE "Counselor of Real Estate" designation. Mr. Johnson has completed many studies for Arizona and national clients involving the use of primary and secondary data. He has authored articles on real estate topics and serves on the board of "Real Estate Issues".
Thomas A. Carson has expertise in the use of ESRI GIS applications such as ArcGIS; ArcMap & ArcCatalog and graphics and rendering programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Mr. Carson has been involved in the Phoenix GIS community for more than 10 years, focusing on real estate, government and litigation support.
